Data controller
Within the scope of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Vigorat Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. as data controller.

Purposes of processing personal data
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to contact requests submitted through the public website.
- Evaluating corporate membership, product introduction, partnership and investment interest applications.
- Subjecting the applicant organization and authorized person to preliminary eligibility review.
- Maintaining site security, preventing abuse attempts and managing technical error records.
- Fulfilling statutory obligations and protecting rights in legal processes.
Categories of personal data processed
- Identity information: full name and authorized person information.
- Contact information: email, phone and address information.
- Customer transaction and application information: company name, company type, package preference, authorization certificate, tax number, employee count, website and message content.
- Transaction security information: IP address, access date, log records, browser and device information.
Legal grounds
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c: Processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
- KVKK Art. 5/2-ç: Processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation.
- KVKK Art. 5/2-e: Processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- KVKK Art. 5/2-f: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
- Where explicit consent is required, your explicit consent is separately obtained under KVKK Art. 5/1.
Collection methods
Your personal data may be collected automatically or partly automatically through website forms, email communication, phone calls, cookies, server logs and digital application channels.
Transfer and recipient groups
Your personal data may be shared with partners providing hosting, security, email, application management, technical support and consultancy services, authorized public authorities under legal obligations, and advisors or attorneys in case of disputes.
Transfers are made limited to the processing purpose and based on the data processing conditions set out under KVKK.
Your rights under KVKK Article 11
- Learning whether your personal data is processed.
- Requesting information if it has been processed.
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
- Knowing third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad.
- Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- Requesting deletion or destruction under the conditions set by legislation.
- Requesting notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred.
- Objecting to a result against you arising through automated systems.
- Claiming compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
